Mike Barker seeks information on road conditions

At Full Council yesterday, Cllr Mike Barker asked the Cabinet Portfolio holder for Highways and Transport:

"How many roads in the unclassified road network in the Borough fall below the Best Value Performance Indicator (BV224b) failure intervention level and what proportion is that of the total number of unclassified roads in the Borough?

The answer was that 9% of the unclassified road network fell into this category. Frankly, this doesn't accord with most people's views about the state of roads in the Borough.

Mike asked Cllr Lyonette to ask officers to provide a list of all those roads in North Road ward which fall into this category,
