Green Party Parliamentary Candidate joins local Lib Dems

Dr Robert Upshall, a GP at Whinfield surgery in Darlington, who is a former Parliamentary Candidate and Spokesman for the Green Party, has joined the Liberal Democrats. We welcome Robert and look forward to benefiting from his wide experience and knowledge - particularly on environmental and health issues.
